Fall 2009 meetings

Officer meeting: October 1, 2009, 12:30-1:30 PM in IS Commons.
Attending: Rachel Barnes, Joel Parham, Jessica Thomas, Charlotte Chen, Lynne Morrish Drake.
Action items: Rachel (recruitment of new officers, co-hosting panel with ALA), Jessica (confirmed as vice president), Lynne (flyers for joint SAA, ARTiFACTS, The Horn Press recruitment fair; BAP overview), Joel (discussion of possible conservation series tour).

Action items: Lynne (Bruin Archives Project has two student groups interested in joining, Samahang Pilipino and the African Student Union. Decision made to send out new Fall survey and have BAP orientation meeting with University Archivist Charlotte Brown.), Carla (Will set up tour for Nixon Presidential Library in Winter quarter), Rachel (Monthly meetings on Doodle), Joel (Conservation tours with UCLA Conservation Lab and/or Getty Conservation Lab).
