Fall 2007:

September 19: Brown Bag lunch:
Charlotte Brown and Monique Sugimoto with the University Archives will discuss the recent SAA meeting in Chicago over lunch on September 19 (Wednesday) from 11:30 - 1:00.  This is an opportunity to discuss issues/topics, etc. raised (or not) at this year's meeting. Where:  2nd Floor, YRL East Electronic Classroom (just at the top of the stairs and directly across from the University Archives office). If anyone has questions, they can write Monique at: mleaheys AT library.ucla.edu.

November 30: UCLA Archives Walking Tour:

February 14 all day: SAA Valentine's Bake Sale in IS Commons!

March 4: UCLA Archives Walking Tour Part 2:
Come join SAA on Tuesday, March 4, for the second half of our walking tour.  Fall quarter we successfully made it to the University Archives, the Oral History Program, and the Department of Special Collections.  This quarter we will visit the Biomedical Library and the Performing Arts Special Collections here on campus. 
12:40: Meet in front of GSE&IS to walk over to the Biomedical Library.  If you already know where it is, you can just meet us there at one.
1:00-1:45: Biomedical Library Tour
2:00-2:45: Performing Arts Special Collections Tour

March 17: Introduction of BAP with CSP staff. Visit our new website.

Spring 2008:

May 19: BAP training in the University Archives, YRL.
