Term paper assignment.

Write a scholarly paper of approximately 5000 words that uses ideas from the readings and discussions to analyze a particular type of knowledge as a social phenomenon and explain how that analysis motivates new methods for promoting public access to that knowledge.

Your paper should be a Web page. This might involve learning how to scan in documents for use as diagrams. Turn in your paper by e-mailing Phil a URL by the end of the day on Monday, December 11th.
