| CorporateHistory.net, an established corporate history firm, has been asked to provide candidates for a three- to nine-month contract position for an archivist. Position would begin in Fall 2009 and requires daily work on-site at potential client company's headquarters in Pasadena, California. Potential client company has ten years of rich history, including extensive video and digital assets. Candidate Requirements: * Experience establishing and/or managing corporate archives preferred. * Experience managing digital assets required. * Ability to establish realistic time table and budget for completion of archival project required after initial evaluation of materials required. * Ability to recommend existing software programs for cataloging and management of both physical and digital assets required. * Masters Degree in library science or history with specialization in archival management required. * Current address in Southern California (with easy access to Pasadena) strongly preferred.
