Workshop Series - Creating Web Sites: Intro to XHTML and CSS

ASIST Student Chapter invites you to an informal workshop on Cascading Style Sheets. This workshop is for anyone interested in learning the importance of separating content and form from style when designing web pages.
- Learn why CSS and XHTML are essential for flexible, dynamic, & accessible websites;
- Learn how one simple style sheet can change color, font, placement, background, graphics, etc..for an entire website;
- Learn how to impress friends, family, and future employers by using CSS to style websites and kicking tables to the curb!
Take this opportunity to learn and share knowledge in a supportive and informal environment. Please note that we will try our darnedest to accommodate both beginners and intermediary CSS fans!
