ALA Student Chapter at UCLA Leadership PanelTuesday, May 18th, 2004 The ALA Student Chapter hosted an exciting panel with some of librarianship's top leaders. Our panelists Gary Strong, University Librarian at UCLA, Susan Kent, City Librarian at the Los Angeles Public Library, and Susan Curzon, Dean of the University Library at Cal State Northridge discussed their experiences as library directors, offering insights into the state of library leadership today, and a vision for library leadership in the future.
